Dr. Erden OR was born in Istanbul in 1975.
He received his undergraduate degree from the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Political Sciences of Istanbul University in 1998. He completed his postgraduate and doctor’s degree at the Department of Business Administration and Organization at the Institute of Social Sciences of Istanbul University. He prepared his doctoral thesis on service quality and fan satisfaction in sports clubs.
He teaches various courses in Sports Management at many universities as a lecturer.
He worked as a program producer and commentator at Lig TV, Lig Radio, Fenerbahçe TV, and Sky Türk.
His columns and articles have been published in various media institutions and academic journals. He published a book titled Fan Satisfaction.
He started working at the Turkish Football Federation in 2008. Over the course of 16 years, he has served in various units of the Turkish Football Federation in the development of football with the titles of Women's Football Manager, Development Leagues and Audit Manager, Regional Coordinator, Project and R&D Coordinator, Education Coordinator, and Referee Academy Director.
In 2014, he graduated from the Football Management Education Program conducted by UEFA in partnership with the University of Lausanne in Switzerland, becoming one of the few people in Turkey with this diploma. He was among UEFA's Women's Football consultants.
He holds UEFA A, Match Analysis, Player and Match Scouting Coaching licenses.
He is fluent in English.
